There are three key parts to accelerated learning. The first is emotional or state control, secondly there is self beliefs and the third is the tools and techniques. Often accelerated learning focuses on tools and techniques. If you don't deal with the negative emotions as well as rid yourself of limiting beliefs none of the tools and techniques will be worthwhile. Looking at the first of these elements we will look at how Neuro Linguistic Programming can make a big improvement to your learning ability.

Not everyone had a good experience of school and may be left with emotional baggage. Being in the ideal state for studying can be hampered by this issue.

Lots of people are left with emotional baggage from their school days. As an example being embarrassed at the age of ten in front the class and the teacher about reading out loud could appear into different issues in later years. This could include being scared of delivering lectures, fear of attending training courses, or just being uncomfortable about reading new information.

Dropping of the emotional charge from negative school experiences is important in your growth as a learner. These negative emotions could have started from many different challenges, being bullied, called names by pupils or even teachers, not being picked for a team...and the list goes on.

Another issue is caused by having too much energy, excitement and enthusiasm to concentrate on getting the job done.

Studying sometimes involves a calm, focused concentration albeit in some situations a high energy state might be required. For instance practicing stage routines with your rock band would need a completely different state to writing a politics essay. Getting the right state for the circumstance is important.

Neuro Linguistic Programming can help to let go of any unwanted emotions and getting in to the right state for learning. As you can already see this is an important tool. If you are not feeling ideal about studying then Neuro Linguistic Programming can help change your state and get rid of the negativity. For instance allowing you to get hyped up and excited when that is what you need.

NLP is based on modelling how people use their minds and process information. On a good NLP Practitioner Programme you will learn the techniques to build your own study process so you can learn faster than you ever have before. For instance using NLP tools such as anchoring, you can build the ideal study state for any specific subject. A good NLP Practitioner Course will show you how to do this and much more.

Going on an NLP Practitioner Course will make a big difference to your learning skills. Once you have dealt with negative emotions NLP will show you how to change limiting beliefs as well as how you process information the most efficiently. From doing this you will be studying more efficiently regardless of the huge number of accelerated learning tools you will also learn on a good NLP Practitioner Course
